Shipping policy

Physical Items:

  • Physical items will be shipped via USPS and shipping rates will be calculated based on the size and weight of the crochet item ordered.
  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. 

International Shipping:

  • I do not currently offer shipping to international destinations.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable, so you can track your package's journey.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact me at christine@chipperplushies.com and I will do my best to assist you.

 

Return policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final.

Damaged Items:

  • Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
